Michael Fogelberg has pioneered the self storage industry and has an unrivalled industry experience in Europe.
Michael implemented the first fully digital remote operations model when he 2015 founded 24Storage, his third storage company. 24Storage was acquired by Nuveen in December 2021.
1994 Mr Fogelberg co-founded Shurgard in Europe and initiated their business development with expansions and development of storage sites in several countries across Europe. He later founded a second storage company which has since been acquired by Pelican Self Storage in the Nordics.
Ubbe Strihagen has long experience from international real estate investment management and corporate leadership.
Ubbe has managed institutional capital in real estate across Europe in senior international director roles at the leading investment management firms Schroders, Aberdeen, and Catella where he led teams and operations of real estate asset management in several countries.
With a background as strategy consultant, Ubbe has also been driving digital transformation and corporate change processes and in several companies, both internally as well as an external advisor.
Daniel Kepcija has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate sector in Spain. Daniel has worked with two of Swedens largest brokerage firms, Fastighetsbyrån and Skandiamäklarna. In 2007 Daniel moved to Spain after 10 years in the engineering industry.
